Assistant Community Manager

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in delivering a premium member experience at the club. This hands‑on role focuses on on‑ground execution, member engagement, and daily operational excellence, ensuring smooth journeys for all members.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular floor interaction, recognising and addressing their needs.
• Execute onboarding for new members, coordinate handovers with Membership Sales, and track onboarding completion.
• Support daily community operations, coordinate with F&B, Culinary, Operations, and Facilities teams, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist in planning and executing member events, private hires, and reservations, acting as the point of contact on‑site.
• Support the Community Manager in setting daily team priorities, communicating across departments, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong on‑ground operational experience in premium service environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle dynamic, fast‑paced situations.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
