Assistant Cluster Controller

About the role

The Assistant Cluster Controller will support the Cluster Controller in overseeing warehouse operations across the assigned cluster in Akot. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality and quantity verification.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to warehouse SOPs and regulatory licenses (WDRA, FSSAI, etc.).
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification for quality and quantity, and reconcile with WMS data.
• Provide SOP training to warehouse staff and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage cash collections, audit reports, and timely data uploads to government portals.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise warehouse supervisors, track attendance of security guards, and approve operational expenses.
• Support client collections, local business development, and identify sites for new warehouse expansion.

Required profile

• Graduate, preferably in Agriculture.
• Experience in warehouse operations and strong knowledge of compliance documentation.
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; English preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the cluster.
