About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse to join our team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring accurate medical documentation in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented with good coordination skills.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate approach to patients.
• Basic computer literacy.
