Asian Kitchen Commis (Level 2/3) – Goa

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis II or Commis III to join our Asian kitchen team in Goa. The successful candidate will support the chefs in preparing and cooking authentic Asian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and plating Asian cuisine items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to fast‑paced, high‑pressure service periods, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a commis in a professional kitchen, preferably Asian.
• Strong food preparation and cooking abilities with a focus on Asian dishes.
• Commitment to high hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
