Area Sales Manager – On Trade (Goa)

About the role

Bacardi is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead its On‑Trade business in Goa. The role focuses on delivering financial targets, building strong relationships with customers and distributors, and driving brand growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve key financial metrics such as net sales value, gross margin, profitability and ROI.
• Execute price‑pack strategies, annual price increases and promotional plans to improve mix and value share.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and distributors, acting as the primary Bacardi contact in the state.
• Gather market and consumer insights to shape channel and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with customers to address operational issues and drive continuous product and service improvement.
