Area Sales Manager – Luxury Brands

About the role
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead the sales performance of Moët Hennessy’s portfolio across key accounts in Mumbai. Reporting to the Head of On‑Trade, you will drive revenue, strengthen brand equity and expand distribution for our luxury brands.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Grow and maintain distribution points and visibility for Moët Hennessy brands within assigned key accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision‑makers at national, state and outlet levels of key customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities, recommend pricing and trading terms, and expand coverage to potential accounts.
- Implement brand‑driven promotional activities, ensuring they are delivered on budget and within brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to optimise sales programmes and drive incremental business.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing key accounts, preferably within the luxury or premium beverage sector.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on volume, revenue and market share growth.
