Area Manager – Sales Workshop Concept & Service

About the role
The Area Manager will lead the expansion and performance of the Bosch Car Service network in the assigned territory. This role combines sales, service development and dealer relationship management to grow the workshop concept and parts business.
Key responsibilities
- Expand the Bosch Car Service network within the designated area.
- Drive Bosch Parts business through the workshop network.
- Achieve targets for DMS enrollment and adoption at workshops.
- Implement Service Development Policy and key initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure workshop quality standards (SQA & SQT).
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to increase workshop footfall.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a reputable institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of sales/service functions, concept selling, and dealer development.
- Strong communication, influencing and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the automobile aftermarket with direct garage sales is preferred.
