About the role
Bosch is seeking an experienced Area Manager – Sales to drive business growth across a defined region in India. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing product portfolios, and expanding workshop and retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the sales strategy for the area to achieve total gross sales targets.
- Set and monitor sales targets for trade customers to increase market share.
- Supervise product portfolio programs to ensure the desired sales mix.
- Assess and collect receivables, managing coverage days, security index and overdue percentages.
- Develop workshop business to generate secondary turnover growth.
- Execute secondary and tertiary trade programs to boost retail sales and distribution depth.
Required profile
- B.E/B.Tech (preferably from a premier institute); MBA in Marketing is desirable.
- 2‑5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in automotive, automobile or FMCG sectors.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and distribution.
