Architect – Sustainable Design (0-8 years)

About the role

Shilpshala is expanding its core design team and is looking for an Architect who can contribute to sustainable, context‑driven projects. The role involves supporting design development from concept through execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, drawings, models and presentations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, specifications, BOQs and quality control.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and on‑site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support material research and sustainability initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong design thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on projects ranging from 0 to 8 years of experience.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
• Passion for research‑oriented, sustainable design.
