Architect – Raipur

About the role

YnD Design Studio is seeking a talented Architect to join its Raipur studio. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from concept development to on‑site execution, working on residential, commercial, institutional, museum and cultural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for various project types.
• Prepare presentation materials and visualisations for client meetings.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong design, detailing and presentation abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with residential, commercial or cultural projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
