Architect

About the role

Nihama luxe is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its multidisciplinary team in New Delhi. You will create integrated architectural concepts and guide projects from initial idea through to turnkey delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate design solutions across architecture, interiors, landscape, and decor.
• Collaborate with design, build, and client teams to capture requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic designs.
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to material and finish selections.
• Assist in delivering turnkey projects from planning through execution.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Experience managing design‑and‑build projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integrating architecture, interiors, landscape, and decor.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with required local professional registration or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for on‑site teamwork.
• Knowledge of New Delhi building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D visualization tools.
