Architect – Interior & Architectural Design

About the role

Dreamspace Solutions is seeking an Architect to lead the conceptualisation, planning and design of residential and commercial interior spaces. The position blends creativity with technical rigour to deliver environments that reflect client visions while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings for interior projects.
• Create 3D visualisations and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with clients to capture requirements, present proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, material specifications and sustainable practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in interior or architectural design, preferably across residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client and team interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.
• Skill in SketchUp.
• Competence in 3D rendering software.
• Familiarity with BIM platforms and digital collaboration tools.
