Architect – Full‑time, On‑site

About the role

VSG Studio, a young design practice in Raipur, is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its team. The role involves turning creative concepts into detailed construction documents and supporting on‑site execution for luxury homes and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and presentation materials that respond to local context and client needs.
• Produce detailed working drawings, specifications and coordination documents for construction.
• Collaborate daily with teammates, consultants, and contractors to integrate structural, services and interior design requirements.
• Assist in 3‑D modelling, material selection and client meetings.
• Support site supervision to ensure design quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and design with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to create context‑sensitive, functional and aesthetically refined spaces.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills, with willingness to work on‑site in Raipur.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or Rhino (or similar 3‑D modelling tools).
• Strong visualization and presentation abilities.
