Architect – Design & Project Execution

About the role

Raipur Builder is seeking a skilled Architect to join its team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The role involves developing architectural designs from concept through execution, supporting innovative solutions, and delivering high‑quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and other software.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, documentation, and coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and implementation.
• Support client meetings and presentations as required.
• Research materials, construction methods, and design trends.
• Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications.
• Develop basic 3D models and renderings for presentations.
• Maintain project documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of BIM.
• Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Awareness of Vastu principles is a plus.
