Apprentice – Engineering (Welder/Electrician/HVAC)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Apprentice to support the maintenance team of a hotel. The role offers hands‑on experience across welding, electrical, HVAC and plumbing tasks, allowing you to develop practical skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team with daily maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities under senior engineers’ guidance.
• Perform basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding and general engineering tasks as assigned.
• Conduct simple troubleshooting and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Handle and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and hotel engineering procedures.
• Keep engineering work areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrician, HVAC, Welder, Fitter or related trade.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good discipline, teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts to support hotel operations.
