Applications Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Applications Developer to design and build .NET‑based solutions on Azure. The role involves working in an agile team to deliver high‑quality APIs and cloud services while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review user stories, bugs, tasks and features in Azure DevOps and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Participate in kickoff meetings with the Development Lead to define scope and dependencies.
• Develop .NET 8/9 applications and APIs using Azure App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts and Managed Identities.
• Submit pull requests that meet functional and technical specifications and conduct code reviews.
• Write unit tests, automated functional tests and support deployment pipelines.
• Communicate progress, blockers and next steps during regular sync calls.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and ensure timely delivery.
• Update task status in Azure DevOps and maintain clear documentation.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on development experience (not in lead/architect roles).
• Strong expertise in .NET 8/9, C# and API development.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 3+ years with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts and Managed Identities, following security best practices.
• 3+ years using OpenTelemetry, Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
• 1+ year experience with AI‑driven applications and agent‑based design.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
