Applications Developer I – Identity & Access Management

About the role

We are seeking an Applications Developer I to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role you will help design, build and maintain secure, scalable identity solutions that support authentication, authorization, single sign‑on, multi‑factor authentication and lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain applications and integrations for IAM platforms.
• Build APIs, connectors, workflows and automation to streamline identity processes and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate identity services with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, cloud platforms and security tools.
• Support onboarding of new applications and enforce secure access controls.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and development standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of software or application development experience.
• Understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle and access control.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages.
• Working knowledge of APIs, system integration and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with identity‑related protocols and directory concepts.
• Exposure to cloud environments and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with modern development practices: version control, CI/CD and testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks or AI‑assisted workflows.
