Partner Technical Manager

About the role

Our mission is to automate coding by building the best tool for professional programmers. We are looking for a Partner Technical Manager to lead and scale our partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), owning the end‑to‑end relationship and driving joint go‑to‑market plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale strategic GSI partnerships, accountable for adoption, revenue impact and long‑term growth.
• Define partnership strategy, joint business plans, execution roadmaps and success metrics.
• Establish a durable operating model with governance, executive alignment and regular business reviews.
• Drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives with Sales, Solutions and Marketing, including field enablement and demand generation.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Product and Engineering to identify repeatable use cases and scalable delivery patterns.
• Work with Security, Legal and Commercial teams to build trust and compliance frameworks for partner‑led work.
• Enable GSI partners to develop deep expertise in advisory, implementation and managed services.
• Monitor performance against clear metrics, resolve execution bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading strategic GSI, alliance or channel partnerships in enterprise software, cloud or AI.
• Deep understanding of GSI operating models across enterprise customers and delivery organizations.
• Proven track record of scaling partnerships from early strategy through field activation and measurable business impact.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and executive presence, comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to produce decision‑ready memos and executive updates.

Required skills

• Strong technical and product fluency to partner effectively with Solutions, Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience navigating enterprise security, privacy, governance and commercial frameworks.
• Ability to work with legal and security teams to establish compliance and trust.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across GTM, product, legal and partner organizations.
