Application Owner – Services SME (IT Governance)

About the role

As an Application Owner Services SME, you will partner with application owners to ensure robust governance, compliance, and audit readiness across Bosch’s IT portfolio. You will work within an international, interdisciplinary team to align processes with national and global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate periodic governance activities such as access reviews, risk assessments, control validations, policy attestations, and audit evidence collection.
• Ensure mandatory governance tasks are completed on schedule and meet audit requirements.
• Represent IT owners during internal and external audits.
• Support the IT governance and assurance framework, considering standards like CRA and the EU AI Act.
• Prepare and maintain governance dashboards for stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, application support, or risk management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
