Application Developer – Mobile

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile solutions for a range of platforms. You will work within a collaborative environment, leveraging IBM’s technology stack to help clients accelerate their hybrid cloud and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mobile applications for iOS, Android, Hybrid and React Native platforms.
• Integrate reusable software packages and assets across multiple mobile environments.
• Ensure seamless API integration with backend services and other software components.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver updates to maintain optimal performance.
• Apply advanced Java programming techniques to build and maintain core mobile functionality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience with Java programming in a mobile context.
• Solid understanding of mobile architectures, design patterns, and API integration.
• Proven ability to develop for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Hybrid, React Native).
