Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer to design, build, and configure software solutions that align with business processes. The role involves translating stakeholder needs into functional applications while ensuring performance and maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document designs, configurations, and updates for knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft ASP.NET.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Active participation in team discussions and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Strong knowledge of web application development principles and frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Familiarity with database integration and management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
