Application Developer – Commercial Apps

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer to join our Commercial Applications team, focusing on extending and optimizing DocuSign CLM and related platforms. The role involves delivering high‑impact solutions, integrating with business systems, and ensuring the applications meet evolving enterprise requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, design, program, debug, test and modify enhancements for DocuSign CLM, GoTransverse and ServicePath.
• Translate client requirements into robust features and prototypes.
• Perform unit, integration, functional and non‑functional testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Evaluate existing applications to add scalable, maintainable features.
• Develop technical documentation and handbooks describing design and architecture.
• Maintain security and integrity of software following enterprise protocols.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional application development experience.
• Hands‑on coding in Python, C#, JSON, Java, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Experience working in a global, US‑based team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of commercial billing processes, CPQ, Salesforce, Workday and DocuSign CLM.
• Experience with API integrations (RESTful, SOAP) and both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Required skills

• DocuSign CLM (plus IAM or Navigator) knowledge.
• API development and integration.
• Experience with complex billing structures and Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
• Project management and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure AI or Gemini.
