Application Consultant – HRMS/HCM Implementations

About the role

The Application Consultant will lead end‑to‑end implementations of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to translate business needs into configured system solutions, ensure thorough testing, and support successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in HR system implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live, gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, configure HR application modules, and produce functional specifications and design documents.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end‑users and administrators, creating user guides and training materials.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve any defects.
• Manage client expectations, communicate project progress, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support cut‑over activities, production deployment, and provide post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, business applications, or HR systems consulting.
• Experience with HRMS/HCM implementations and client‑facing project management is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR business processes and ability to lead workshops.
