Angular Developer

About the role

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will lead engagements that deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions to clients across the digital transformation journey. You will work on projects that span problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the engagement effort and ensure delivery of consulting solutions from start to finish.
• Review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyse solutions for potential risks.
• Identify change‑management requirements and propose structured communication approaches.
• Coach team members, create a vision for the focus area, and deliver subject‑matter training.
• Motivate and recognise high‑performing team members through timely feedback.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organisational initiatives while adhering to company guidelines and processes.

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to guide clients through digital transformation.
• Leadership experience in managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
