Android Developer

About the role

GreedyGame is looking for an Android Engineer to build fast, reliable and scalable mobile experiences that drive user engagement, reward eligibility and revenue. You will work on core Android products where users discover offers, complete tasks, earn rewards and interact with ads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Android applications for incentive‑based and offer‑wall products.
• Create user flows for offer discovery, task completion, reward unlocking, wallet updates and referral programs.
• Integrate ad‑monetization SDKs and optimise placements without harming user experience.
• Implement app‑side event tracking to capture actions, offer completions, ad impressions, clicks and funnel drops.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Backend and QA teams to run experiments and iterate quickly.
• Debug and resolve issues that affect business metrics, including crashes, ANRs, memory leaks and low‑end device performance.
• Own Android releases, staged rollouts, hot‑fixes and ensure clean, modular code using modern architecture.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines, Room and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to build consumer‑facing apps where performance, reliability and UX are critical.
• Excellent debugging skills for crashes, ANRs, memory leaks and API failures.
• Understanding of app lifecycle, background tasks, push notifications, deep links and local storage.
• Comfortable working in fast release cycles with experiments and production fixes.
