Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our fast‑growing consumer technology platform. You will build high‑scale native Android applications that serve millions of users across food delivery, quick commerce, dining and digital convenience services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Android apps using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA and fellow engineers to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Write clean, reusable code and implement architectural improvements following modern Android best practices.
• Build robust apps with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Android Architecture Components, Hilt/Dagger, and REST APIs.
• Create unit and integration tests to ensure stability and release quality.
• Optimize performance by fixing ANRs, memory leaks, rendering issues and startup delays.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–6 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kotlin in production environments.
• Deep understanding of modern Android SDK, Android Studio and development practices.
• Experience with MVVM, LiveData, Room, View Binding/Data Binding and clean architecture.
• Proficiency with Dependency Injection (Hilt or Dagger), REST API integration and CI/CD tools.
• Solid debugging skills for ANRs, memory leaks and performance issues.
