About the role

GreedyGame is looking for an Android Engineer to build reliable, fast, and scalable experiences for its Incent App and House of Apps portfolio. You will work on user journeys that directly affect reward eligibility, ad engagement, and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for incentive‑led products, including offer listings, task completion, wallet updates, referrals, and user activity tracking.
• Integrate ad monetization SDKs (rewarded ads, interstitials, native placements, banners, offerwall) and ensure they do not disrupt user experience.
• Implement app‑side event tracking for offers, ad impressions, clicks, reward triggers, and funnel drops.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Backend teams to run experiments, integrate APIs, and validate fraud signals.
• Debug and resolve issues that impact business metrics such as broken reward flows, delayed status updates, crashes, ANRs, and low‑end device performance.
• Optimize launch time, screen load time, memory usage, offline handling, and overall crash‑free sessions.
• Own Android releases, including internal testing, QA builds, Play Store rollout, staged releases, versioning, and hot‑fixes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on Android development experience.
• Understanding of incentive‑driven app ecosystems and how technical issues affect revenue and retention.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
