Android Developer – Incent App (B2C)

About the role

We are looking for an Android Engineer to build and maintain high‑volume, incentive‑driven mobile experiences. The Android app is the core product where users discover offers, complete tasks, earn rewards, interact with ads, and return repeatedly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Android applications for GreedyGame’s Incent App and House of Apps portfolio.
• Implement user flows for offer discovery, task completion, reward unlocking, wallet updates, referrals and engagement loops.
• Integrate and optimise ad‑monetisation SDKs (rewarded ads, interstitials, native, banners, offerwall).
• Work on app‑side event tracking to capture user actions, offer completions, ad impressions, clicks and reward triggers.
• Collaborate with product, growth and backend teams to run experiments on offer visibility, onboarding, retention and monetisation.
• Debug and resolve issues that affect revenue, user trust and retention, including broken reward flows, crashes, ANRs and low‑end device performance.
• Improve launch time, screen load time, offline handling, memory usage and crash‑free sessions.
• Manage Android releases, staged rollouts, versioning and hot‑fixes.

Required profile

• Strong experience building reliable, fast and scalable Android applications.
• Understanding of incentive‑led app dynamics and how technical issues impact business metrics.
• Ability to work across the full product lifecycle, from development to release and monitoring.

Required skills

• Android development (Android SDK, modern Android architecture).
• Integration of ad‑monetisation SDKs.
• REST API integration and backend communication.
• Performance optimisation for a wide range of devices and OS versions.
• Debugging tools for crash analysis, ANR handling and low‑end device profiling.
