Anaplan Model Builder

About the role

As an Anaplan Model Builder you will be responsible for delivering robust Anaplan solutions that translate complex business problems into actionable insights. You will work closely with business partners to model sophisticated scenarios and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan model development and act as the architectural SME for large‑scale connected planning solutions.
• Translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into multi‑dimensional Anaplan models.
• Modify and enhance existing models to incorporate new functionality or optimization.
• Provide timely feedback and progress updates to business partners and internal teams.
• Establish standard processes and documentation for Anaplan models.
• Participate in data integration and migration initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to uncover key insights and tell the story behind the numbers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Operations, Accounting) or a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics).
• Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
• Minimum 2 years of Anaplan model‑building experience, including at least one large, complex ground‑up build.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills.
• Motivated self‑starter who can work autonomously in a rapid‑growth environment.
