Analyst – Transactions Management

About the role

The Analyst – Transactions Management supports the global transaction management team at Amherst, working with external vendors and internal teams to reconcile property data and coordinate bulk transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile external property data including lease, HOA, tax, insurance, valuation metrics, and delinquency, investigating and resolving variances.
• Coordinate broker price opinion (BPO) processes and assemble diligence materials for bulk transactions such as marketing photos, rehab budgets, invoices, and inspection reports.
• Review settlement statements to ensure accurate execution of bulk transactions and provide daily liquidity snapshots with variance analysis to leadership.
• Support collateral management activities, property title due diligence, and input data into property management systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Extreme attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate information under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication for client interaction and internal coordination.

Required skills

• Experience with property data reconciliation and title due diligence.
• Familiarity with bulk transaction coordination and settlement statement review.
