Analyst – Financial Reporting

About the role

The Financial Reporting Analyst will support the preparation and filing of regulatory reports across APAC and LATAM jurisdictions. You will work closely with business lines, regulatory controllers, and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial disclosures.

Key responsibilities

• Apply up‑to‑date product, industry and market knowledge in specialty reporting areas.
• Prepare financial, statistical and capital regulatory reports for APAC and LATAM regulators.
• Consolidate, review and analyse quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness, performing variance analysis.
• Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business and reporting teams.
• Assist in assessing issues, outcomes and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in the production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual regulatory reports.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and align internal and external policies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements or regulatory reporting.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in product control, financial control or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Team player able to work across diverse functions, locations and businesses.
• Excellent Excel and general computer proficiency.
• Project‑management experience is helpful.
