Airport Ground Staff & Cabin Crew – Freshers

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our aviation team as Airport Ground Staff and Cabin Crew. The positions involve providing comprehensive ticketing services, handling passenger safety on board, and delivering hospitality during flights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end ticketing services, receiving bookings and making reservations through the GDS system and other travel portals.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email to confirm bookings and address queries.
• Pass confirmed bookings to the consolidator for ticket issuance.
• Process billing in the provided accounting software and send invoices to clients.
• Ensure passenger safety and security during flights.
• Serve meals on board with a professional and courteous attitude.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (freshers) with a strong interest in aviation.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with a GDS (Global Distribution System) for flight reservations.
• Basic proficiency in accounting software for billing purposes.
