AI/ML Developer (2-5 years experience) – Ranchi

About the role

We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Developer to join our Artificial Intelligence department in Ranchi. The role involves designing, building, and deploying machine-learning models that address real-world business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for classification, regression, NLP, and computer-vision tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent solutions into products.
• Clean, preprocess, and explore large datasets using Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Implement deep-learning solutions with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras and optimise them for accuracy and scalability.
• Deploy models as APIs using Flask, FastAPI and containerise them with Docker.
• Monitor deployed models, perform retraining, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML research and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Data-analysis libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
• Machine-learning libraries: Scikit-learn, XGBoost, SVM, Random Forest.
• Deep-learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Experience with NLP, computer-vision, or time-series analysis (optional).
• Model deployment tools: Flask, FastAPI, Docker, AWS SageMaker.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Version control using Git.
