About the role

We are seeking an AI‑driven Talent Acquisition Executive who will transform our recruitment processes through cutting‑edge technology. The successful candidate will own the full hiring lifecycle while integrating generative AI, AI agents, and automation to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates across multiple functions.
• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) into daily hiring activities.
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive recruitment and HR tasks.
• Design prompts and workflows that improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay current with AI tools, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of AI‑enabled recruitment and automation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
