AI Product Manager

About the role

Capco is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead transformation‑focused AI initiatives across its financial services consulting practice. The role combines product ownership, Agile coaching, and the design of Agentic AI capabilities to improve delivery processes for banks, insurers and other industry players.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end transformation delivery, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO and IT managers while managing work through Jira and Confluence.
• Lead Agile transformation and coach teams on scalable, outcome‑focused delivery practices.
• Design and operationalise Agentic AI solutions, including Claude‑style skills, workflows and reusable agents that support BA, PM and IT activities.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases to automate and augment requirements gathering, planning, RAID management, governance, reporting and decision support.
• Create AI‑powered playbooks and reusable assets that embed AI into day‑to‑day ways of working.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in transformation delivery and Agile coaching.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies.
• Experience building Agentic AI capabilities and writing Claude‑style skills.
• Strong ability to spot and incubate AI use cases that improve operational efficiency.
• Immediate or within‑30‑days availability.
