AI-Powered Mobile App Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

Smart Working is looking for an AI‑Powered Mobile App Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of its iOS and Android applications. This permanent, fully‑remote position reports directly to the CEO and offers the chance to shape a product from an early stage while growing into a senior leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction and end‑to‑end delivery of the mobile app and its supporting platform.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools, large language models and vibe‑coding workflows to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
• Design, implement and deploy new features across iOS and Android, as well as related backend services.
• Manage production releases, Android and iOS deployments, and ensure a stable, scalable user experience.
• Continuously improve workflows, fix bugs, and translate the CEO’s vision into practical technical solutions.
• Balance front‑end and back‑end responsibilities, operating with high autonomy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI‑powered development, AI agents, LLMs, vibe‑coding or MCP.
• Proven ability to own a product technically and work in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with executive leadership.
