AI Diet Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Diet Consultant to join our remote team and provide personalized, evidence‑based nutrition guidance through digital platforms. You will help design and refine AI‑driven diet recommendations, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Translate dietetic guidelines into structured content, decision trees, and prompts for AI systems.
• Review and update nutrition protocols to align with current evidence‑based standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to test AI outputs for safety, inclusivity, and accuracy.
• Create educational materials, FAQs, and user journeys that support sustainable behavior change.
• Monitor user feedback and continuously improve AI‑generated dietary advice.

Required profile

• Strong applied knowledge of dietetics and nutrition with experience in nutritional counseling or education.
• Background in health, wellness, or digital health consulting with a focus on structured problem‑solving.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, inclusive content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant degree or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or related field; registered or licensed status is a plus.
