AI & BI Enablement Specialist

About the role

NXP is looking for an AI & BI Enablement Specialist in Bangalore who will empower business and technical teams to use modern analytics, AI-assisted workflows and data visualization tools. The role blends technical expertise in analytics and AI platforms with strong communication, training and solution design skills to drive enterprise-wide data literacy and self-service analytics adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Dataiku, Copilot Studio and n8n, guiding users on features, patterns and solution approaches
• Develop and deliver training sessions, office hours, documentation, demos and hands-on workshops
• Promote self-service analytics and AI by advising users on building dashboards, workflows, ML pipelines and GenAI solutions
• Translate business analytical and AI needs into scalable solutions and guide prompt engineering and responsible AI use
• Help users optimize Power BI and Tableau dashboards, including data modeling, DAX/LOD expressions and performance tuning
• Guide Databricks workflows such as Delta Lake, notebooks and Spark optimization
• Troubleshoot platform issues, partner with data engineering and platform teams, and ensure data governance compliance
• Foster an internal analytics community through forums, user groups, events and newsletters, and collect user feedback

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in analytics, BI development, data science or data engineering
• Excellent communication, teaching and documentation skills
• Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) and Tableau (LOD, dashboard optimization)
• Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, Python notebooks)
• Copilot Studio, n8n and similar tools (visual flows, AI/ML pipelines, automation, agents, deployment)
• Data warehousing, semantic modeling and ETL/ELT design

Preferred: enterprise BI implementation experience, Azure and AWS knowledge, MLOps, CI/CD and governance familiarity, workshop experience, and certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks or Dataiku.
