About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily support operations and design efficient administrative procedures across multiple departments. You will lead a professional team, ensuring that all support activities run smoothly to enable core business functions.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and continuously improve administrative procedures and systems.
Recruit, train and allocate personnel, including office space planning.
Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to maximise efficiency.
Lead a team of professionals to execute a wide range of administrative duties.
Identify and implement process‑streamlining opportunities.

Required profile

Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Strong knowledge of departmental procedures and policies.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
