Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to keep daily operations running smoothly at our branch office. The role serves as the backbone of the office, handling logistics, supporting executive schedules, and providing essential administrative backup to branch teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage physical and digital records, order office supplies and oversee facility maintenance.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, maintain calendars and arrange travel itineraries.
• Handle incoming calls, manage central email inboxes and greet visitors professionally.
• Draft routine letters and memos, compile operational reports and process expense receipts.
• Provide clerical assistance to HR, recruitment and agency distribution teams during events or campaigns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational habits and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
