Actuarial Rate Filing – P&C Insurance (2+ yrs) – Gurgaon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced actuarial professional to support U.S. property & casualty (P&C) pricing, rate indication development, and regulatory filings. The role is based in Gurgaon and works closely with global actuarial and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and rate indications across multiple lines of business.
• Perform trend analysis, loss development, exposure analysis, and profitability reviews.
• Support the creation of pricing models, rating algorithms, and segmentation strategies.
• Prepare and submit compliant rate filings for U.S. jurisdictions.
• Draft actuarial memoranda documenting assumptions, methodologies, and pricing indications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. P&C ratemaking, pricing, or regulatory filings.
• Strong understanding of U.S. insurance regulatory and filing frameworks.
