About the role

We are seeking an experienced actuarial professional to support U.S. property & casualty (P&C) pricing, rate indication development, and regulatory filings. The role is based in Gurgaon and works closely with global actuarial and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

Develop pricing strategies and rate indications across multiple lines of business.
Perform trend analysis, loss development, exposure analysis, and profitability reviews.
Support the creation of pricing models, rating algorithms, and segmentation strategies.
Prepare and submit compliant rate filings for U.S. jurisdictions.
Draft actuarial memoranda documenting assumptions, methodologies, and pricing indications.

Required profile

2+ years of experience in U.S. P&C ratemaking, pricing, or regulatory filings.
Strong understanding of U.S. insurance regulatory and filing frameworks.
