Accountant – Income Audit

About the role
The Accountant – Income Audit will support the efficient operation of the finance department at Grand Hyatt Goa, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and verification of income statements and related financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Prepare routine financial reports for management review.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in a large‑scale operation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
