Accountant – Full‑time, On‑site in Goalpara

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant to join our Sales and Marketing team in Goalpara. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, supporting payroll and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record journal entries, maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices, process payments and manage expense tracking.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, variance analyses and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to monitor budgets, analyse performance and provide forecasting insights.
• Support internal and external audits and recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within a sales or marketing‑focused organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
