Accountant – Full-time, On-site in Hubli

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Accountant to join our team in Hubli. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage payroll processing for all employees.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and support audit activities.
• Collaborate with other team members and provide financial analysis to aid business decisions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in financial record‑keeping, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Familiarity with accounting software and general ledger functions.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as an Accountant is an advantage.
