Accountant Associate – Fixed Assets

About the role

MillerKnoll is seeking an Accountant Associate focused on Fixed Assets to join its Global Services team. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain asset records in the ERP system, including roll‑forward updates and reclassifications.
• Process asset capitalizations, disposals, and CAR closures.
• Run depreciation schedules and perform month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end journal entries related to fixed assets.
• Reconcile the fixed‑asset sub‑ledger to the balance sheet and prepare ad‑hoc reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate asset information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in fixed‑asset accounting and reconciliation.
• Experience in a BPO or shared‑services environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
