Account Manager – US SaaS Customers

About the role

QuestionPro is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of US‑based B2B SaaS customers. You will be the primary point of contact, driving renewals, upsells and long‑term relationships while working from our Goa office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full account lifecycle for US B2B SaaS customers, including engagement, renewals, retention, upsell and cross‑sell.
• Identify expansion opportunities by proactively understanding customer needs and converting them into commercial deals.
• Lead renewal conversations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Conduct regular QBRs and product demos to showcase usage, address challenges and introduce new QuestionPro solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Services and Research teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor churn risk and take early action to retain and grow accounts.
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity and renewal data in the CRM.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS account management, customer success or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of managing US/North‑American SaaS accounts, handling renewals, upselling and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to independently prioritize multiple accounts and drive results.
• Commercial mindset with a customer‑first approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Goa and work US business hours.
