About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and service of data, voice, broadband and fixed‑line solutions within an assigned territory, acting as the single point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue.
Develop new business through upsell and cross‑sell with existing clients.
Deliver data, voice and fixed‑line installations according to targets.
Identify and acquire new accounts (hunting) across all product lines.
Ensure Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth.
Cross‑sell multi‑product lines in existing and new customers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three lines of business.
Monitor competition, collect market intelligence and plan sales interventions.

Required profile

Graduate degree with 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
Age up to 30 years.
Experience in ISP, system integrators, telcos, wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI or relationship‑based selling.
