About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will help clients achieve success with our product by understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Work cross‑functionally with all stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Visit customers on‑site to uncover growth opportunities within our platform.
- Manage and produce regular reports on the health of customer accounts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
