Account Manager – Hotel SaaS Solutions

About the role

DigiStay.ai is seeking an Account Manager to join its Operations team in Dehradun. You will be the main liaison for a portfolio of hotel partners, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while ensuring they gain maximum value from DigiStay’s hospitality-technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hotel accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption.
• Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and renewal status, proactively addressing retention risks.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with hotel needs.
• Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and relay customer feedback.
• Track and report on portfolio performance, renewal forecasts, and overall account health.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dehradun.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.
